Pet Temperament: Always inform us about your dog’s temperament, both at signup and if it changes in the future. This can be done by calling us, sending an email, or using our contact page. Knowing your pet’s personality helps us prioritize safety for our technicians and your furry friend.

Securing Your Pet: If there’s a chance your dog(s) might interact with our technicians, please secure them indoors or in a designated area to prevent any unexpected reactions or potential harm.

Account Updates: We appreciate you keeping us informed about any changes to your account, service requests, or cancellations. While we love text messages and social media, these are not the best ways to reach us for these matters as we don’t monitor them constantly. For account updates or cancellations, please call us, send an email, or use our contact page.

Damage Liability: It’s important to note that PoopMax cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your property (yard, fences, gates, latches, etc.) or pets during or after service.

Understanding Dog Behavior: Dogs can be territorial and might feel protective of their home, especially towards strangers. Even the most cuddly pup at home may act differently with someone new or a stranger.
Keeping Everyone Safe: To ensure a smooth visit, please keep the following in mind:

Know Your Dog: If you have any concerns about your dog’s reaction to strangers, please let us know before your service.

Secure Uncomfortable Pups: If your dog shows any signs of agitation, aggression, or excessive barking, please secure them indoors during your scheduled service. This protects both your dog and our staff.
Our Technicians’ Safety:

Our Right to Refuse Service: For the safety of our technicians, we reserve the right to decline service if a pet seems overly aggressive or unfriendly.

Protection Measures: As a last resort, technicians may carry various protective aids such as air horns, dog mace, ultrasonic dog repellents, ect. These might only be used in situations of clear aggression. Thus to avoid such situation please keep your dog secured indoors at time of service.

By understanding these guidelines, we can ensure a positive experience for everyone involved! If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask. We love dogs, but prioritizing safety comes first!
Scooping Services with Satisfaction Guarantee
PoopMax offers poop scooping services throughout the day, starting at 7 am and continuing until sunset. While we strive for consistent arrival times, our flexible schedule may necessitate some variation thus we can not provide an exact time of arrival on your designated day. However, we will keep you informed via email if your service day ever changes.
To ensure the most effective cleaning and application of our Satisfaction Guarantee, please keep the designated cleaning areas free of tall grass, leaves, and debris. Our technicians take pride in a meticulous process, but their ability to access and remove waste is limited by what’s visible. If excessive debris hinders a comprehensive cleaning, we will inform you via post-service notes. In such cases, a follow-up service may be necessary to achieve optimal results.
Please note that PoopMax cannot be held liable for any unintentional damage caused during the cleaning process to your yard, gates, pets, or other surrounding property.
Yard Sanitizing Services And Pressure Washing Services
To provide the best clean possible, PoopMax might need to use your water supply for the sanitation treatment you selected. Also, if pressure washing is selected we will need the use of you electrical outlet. While we’ll take great care, we can’t be held responsible for any unintended damage to your yard, gate, pets, or other property.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the rare instance that severe weather conditions compromise the safety of our team members or hinder their ability to effectively clean your yard, we may need to reschedule your service for your next scheduled service time. We understand this may cause inconvenience, and appreciate your patience. Please be aware that due to the accumulated waste from the postponement, the next service may require additional time and effort to ensure a thorough cleaning. Therefore, service credits or refunds will not be available in these circumstances.
Changes to Your PoopMax Service Schedule
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule your service, please let us know by 1:00 pm on the business day before your scheduled pickup.
Why the Deadline?
This early notification allows us to efficiently manage our team’s schedule and ensure everyone receives top-notch service.
Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations after 1:00 pm on the business day before service: A fee equal to the full service cost will apply.

Cancellations after your initial service: You will be charged a one-time service fee based on our current pricing.
By letting us know in advance, you help us maintain a smooth operation and ensure reliable service for all our customers.
Taking a Break from PoopMax Service? Here’s What You Need to Know:

Pausing Your Service: If you need to temporarily hold your service, you can do so by contacting us via email or phone at least 5 business days before your next scheduled service.

Promotions and Pausing: If you’re currently on a promotional offer, please refer to our “Promotional Discounts” section prior to pausing services.

Pause Duration: Service pauses can be for a maximum of 30 calendar days. At the time of your request, please provide a desired return date to resume service.

After Pause Service: Once you provide your return date, our system will automatically bill and schedule you for service.

Initial Cleanup Charge:Once service is resumed, our technicians will assess the condition of the yard in terms of waste accumulation, and a cleanup fee might be assessed.

No Refunds for Missed Services: We don’t offer refunds for services skipped while your service is paused.

Canceling Your PoopMax Service
How to Cancel:

You can cancel your service at any time by contacting us in writing via email
Important Notes:

All outstanding balances must be paid in full before cancellation can be processed.

Ongoing service offers a discounted rate. If you cancel within the first 1-25 services after establishing ongoing service, you’ll be charged the difference between the discounted rate you paid and our current advertised one-time cleanup rate.

Any remaining balance on your account will be applied towards the one-time cleanup rate, and you’ll be charged for any remaining difference.

All cancellation requests require PoopMax approval and confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days.

If you cancel after your service has been scheduled and billed, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

We reserve the right to terminate services if deemed necessary for both parties’ benefit.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel to avoid any unnecessary charges.
GPS Usage
For your peace of mind and to ensure service accountability, PoopMax utilizes a comprehensive tracking system:

Company Vehicle Tracking: All our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking, providing an additional layer of verification for your property’s arrival and departure times and service.

Convenient Text Notifications: When we are on the way to your property, you’ll receive an automated text message. Additionally, a completed photo depicting a closed gate will be sent for your reference and comfort.
Please note: Text message delivery and service verification are complimentary services. In the unlikely event a text or tracking information isn’t received, PoopMax can not be held liable and refunds cannot be provided. To ensure smooth communication confirm our SMS messages are not being blocked.
Service Area(s)
PoopMax focuses on keeping your backyard poop free by default. However, we understand your cleaning needs may extend beyond that. To include your front yard or other areas, simply let us know during signup. For existing customers, adding extra service areas is a breeze! Just contact our customer service by email or by phone. They’ll be happy to update your service plan and billing accordingly.
Dog Waste
Our service includes meticulous scooping of pet waste. To ensure a seamless service experience, kindly provide a designated waste bin accessible to our technicians on your scheduled service day. In the absence of a readily available bin, we will leave the securely sealed waste bag in a visible location. For added convenience, we also offer a waste haul-away service as an optional add-on, eliminating the need for you to manage the waste disposal process.
Yard Deodorizer and Sanitizer: Safe and Effective, with a Focus on Caution
Freshens Your Yard While Staying Pet-Friendly!
Our Wysiwash/Yard Deodorizer is a chlorine-based product that’s safe for people, pets, and plants. However, if your furry friends have sensitive skin or allergies, here are a few things to keep in mind:

Thinking about canceling? No problem, but if you do it within a year of using this code, you’ll lose the free month and be charged the regular price for the services we provide. Our current prices are always available on our website for your reference.

Pausing your service while the discount is active? No worries, but the discount won’t apply when you start up again. Just something to keep in mind! Also, remember you can’t pause your service if you have an unpaid balance.

Finally, all these discounts and promotions need to be applied at signup. We can’t add them on later!

Service Schedule on Holidays
PoopMax observes the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving (Black Friday), Christmas Day, December 26th, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. Your service will resume on your next regularly scheduled pickup day following the holiday. Since there will likely be a larger amount of waste accumulated due to the holiday break, there will be no adjustments to your service fees for these days off. We hope this clarifies our holiday service schedule!
Refunds
No refunds for service payments unless it’s our fault.
Here’s a breakdown of what happens when you cancel:

Mid-billing cycle: You’ll still be charged for services already provided during that cycle.

Refunds for other reasons: We may offer a partial refund based on unused service, but it’s not guaranteed on a case by case basis.

Account credits: In some cases, we may issue an account credit instead of a refund. You can use this credit towards future services.
PoopMax Billing Made Easy
Prepaid Service: We require upfront payment for all PoopMax services.
Simple Monthly Billing: Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly customers will receive a monthly bill for ongoing service. There are no prorated charges, so you only pay for the services you receive.
On-Time Payments are Key: To avoid late fees (a $25 fee applies for each missed payment), please ensure your payment reaches us by the due date. If your account remains unpaid for 30 days and we can’t resolve the issue, it may be sent to collections.
Automatic Payments for Convenience: For your convenience, all weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly customers will be automatically enrolled in monthly auto-pay. We’ll use the payment information you provide at signup.
Auto-Pay Details: Your auto-pay will be processed on the same calendar day each month as your initial billing. Make sure you have an active credit or debit card on file.
Payment Options: We currently accept credit and debit cards only.

Gift Cards
All sales of gift cards are final and non-refundable. However, they are always transferable and may be used by anyonet. Gift cards never expire.

Unexpected Excess Waste and Service Adjustments For Initial Cleanup

Additional Cleanup Fees: In rare cases, our technicians may arrive and find significantly more waste than what was initially communicated to us or during signup.

Upfront Authorization for Additional Fees: To ensure a smooth service experience, we request your authorization for an additional cleanup fee of up to $100 if needed. This authorization allows us to address unexpected waste situations efficiently.

Cancellation and Refunds: In the case of cancellation due to excessive waste, a full refund will be issued minus a $100 service call fee to cover our technician’s visit.
Clear Communication Ensures a Great Service!
Unavoidable Delays (Force Majeure)
Neither PoopMax nor the customer will be held responsible for delays or missed services caused by events beyond our control. These events, known as “Force Majeure,” can include:

Natural disasters: Fires, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, etc.

Public health emergencies: Epidemics, pandemics.

Acts of war or civil unrest: Wars, riots, protests.

Government restrictions: Laws, regulations, embargoes.

Communication During Delays:

If the delay caused by a Force Majeure event continues for more than 30 days after notification, either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
