FAQ about our Pet Waste Removal Services
What services does PoopMax offer?
PoopMax services residential, commercial properties, doggy daycares, hotels, apartments, condos and more. We offer packages for all of your needs from one-time cleanups for special events or multiple visits per week.
Can I also include the front and side yards for an additional charge?
We Scoop all areas in the backyard including grass, artificial turf, patios, landscaped areas, flowerbeds, rock areas, pool decks, and everywhere else! We can also include the front or side yard(s) upon request. After scooping the waste we will send you a picture of your secured gate.
Do i need to be home when you arrive?
We do not require anyone to be home, as long as we have access to the yard.
Can our furry friends be around while you work in the yard?
Here’s the deal: If our staff sees any signs of growling, barking, or jumpy excitement, they won’t be able to enter the yard for safety reasons. In these cases, even if we can’t complete the work because your dog is outside, you’ll still be charged for the visit.
Don’t worry, though! We’ll always try to reach you and see if someone can bring the dog inside. If not, we’ll let you know what’s happening and try to reschedule for a time when your pup can be safely indoors.
Is the service year around?
Can I pick the day(s) I get service?
If getting service on a specific day is really important to you, give us a call. We’ll be happy to see if it can be arranged. While we can’t guarantee it, we’ll definitely try our best!
Do I need to sign a contract?
- There’s no pressure to sign a long-term agreement. You can use our services without any contracts.
- Commercial accounts will have a service agreement, but it’s easy to cancel with just 30 days’ notice. We’re flexible, so you can start, stop, upgrade, or downgrade services whenever you need to.
- We prioritize your needs, so you won’t be locked into a contract.
How are monthly charges handled?
Instead of receiving a bill at the end of each month, you prepay for our service with a subscription. We charge your card on the same day each month, which is the anniversary of your start date. To ensure smooth payments, all clients need to keep a card on file, regardless of whether they use our service once or continuously.
